This of course is a difficult thing to really judge until I have enough data on every diaper across the market to make such a claim. This obviously means all the ABDL diapers there are too. This one in particular certainly did not disappoint. The sizing of this diaper runs large and in my review, following the recommended sizing I went with a small rather than the usual medium. The sizing is comparable to the ConfiDry 24/7, which now has me curious about how the small size of that diaper would fit. Overall, I found this diaper to be comfortable and surprisingly breathable, but it fell short when it came to absorbency, largely as a result of the topsheet repelling moisture causing leakage through the sides. The theoretical capacity of this diaper is certainly much greater than observed in testing, perhaps closer to the lab test result. Also, it’s marketed as a medical diaper, but it comes at a very high unit cost and after testing both I feel the NorthShore Supreme provides a better value. That said, perhaps with some design improvements it could be a great diaper for long duration wear.
As much as I have had an affinity for this brand for many years I do have to call out the quality issues like this that have been happening for some time now. Leg Cuffs: Get maximum protection with the help of anti-leak guards located at leg openings. Incontinence briefs with tabs from NorthShore have leak protection to help stay dry and comfortable. There may have been leaks on clothing, odors, or smells. Now there is an adult diaper that can prevent that.While I do think this is still among the best adult diapers, for both night and daytime use, it has begun to fall out of favor because it seems to always have some sort of manufacturing error going on these days. Now I’m pretty heavy wetter at night so I generally need a bit more protection than most but it still held up through the night. I did have a bit of minor leaking as I got up but the results will vary from person to person.The Northshore Supreme is a discreet but absorbent option to go with. As far as diapers go it certainly contains a lot of fluid for the price.

The ABU PeekABU is a large diaper and presents with a clear diaper bulge at the front and rear. It has very strong tapes and a relatively snug fit, so it’s quite resistant to sagging and that does help with its profile presence. On the other hand, the printed characters on the front are anything but discrete and will be obvious if seen under clothing. I’d generally avoid wearing this diaper for going out as it will require a lot of work to conceal. When my bedwetting issues first started all those years ago there weren’t a whole lot of quality overnight diapers for adults available yet. There were some OKAY but there are many really great options available these days!
