The death scenes aren't amazing. A lot of times you just see people being dragged into the box. I'm sure with a bigger budget we could have had some more glorified kills. However when that clown is walking around it is quite terrifying and I cannot credit them more with nailing the way he moves and breathes. The Return of Mark Hamill. I am a hugeeee scary clown fan and I can't tell you how many times I come across movies with amazing covers that turn out to be dog crap. Clown movies are staples of low budget, f grade acting, and terribly written atrocities. It seems for every decent one you have to dig through 5 terrible ones. For instance some of the better ones would have to be Drive Thru, Clown, Killer Klowns From Outerspace, Terrifier, and Haunt. Just to name a few. Only the design of the box was a bit strange. The use of the rune pattern on the edge suggests that the box should be much older. The included figure, however, seems rather new-fashioned. A small break, which should not distract from the fun factor of the film.

The story was very predictable, but that shouldn't stop you from watching. The violence was very limited, only in a few scenes you get to see a little more fake blood. But this does not harm the film. Since the box will be quite large (30" x 30") and the plywood is pretty thin, the box is built around a frame using 2" X 2" Furring Strips. Like most lumber, Furring strips are not actually 2 inches, but closer to 1 1/2 inches depending on the type of wood and how dry it is. The strips I had were close enough to 1 1/2 inches, so I went ahead and used that as the size. The Week reported, however, that the fast food company insists it’s not deliberately targeting pot smokers but rather “folks looking for indulgent treats,” such as “late-night shift workers and millennials who get the munchies at odd hours.” So...stoners, yes? 11. The best things about the film are its titular box, which is like the lament configuration's big brother - kudos to the prop builder - and the clown itself, an impressively ugly creation who has real potential to be an icon of the genre. It's a real shame that Fowler hasn't the horror know-how to actually make his monster frightening. This being the first thing I have ever soldered together, I was pretty excited that it worked and didn't catch fire. I am by no means an electrical expert, this is all I did and it worked. There are many great resources on the internet to help you out, though if you are not comfortable doing it yourself you should get someone that knows what they are doing to help you. That said, here's what I did. The first step is to cut the strips done to size, for a 30" box, you will need a total of 12 lengths. Eight lengths need to be 28 1/2 inches, these will be the top and the bottom of the box. And four lengths of 27 inches, these will be the sides of the box.A cube has six sides, the top, bottom, and four around; so you will next need to cut out the six sides from the plywood. The cutting guide has the layout for all three of the panels and all of the trim pieces, on the second sheet of plywood you will only need to cut out the 30 inch panels.
