This book is the companion to the one above, but it’s trivia. This is a fun book for long plane rides or car rides! If there are multiple people on your My Disney Experience account and are linked to your resort room, you can put a spending limit on the account so that no one goes overboard. This is great for families who want to give their children a little bit of freedom while on vacation but want to stay on a budget. If the MagicBand+ interactive features are worthwhile comes down to the individual guest. It is a great feature to have for those that place value in playing scavenger hunts and some extra distractions to a typical theme park day. Kids especially would likely enjoy the games. This post is intended to help clear up any confusion you might have, gleaned from my numerous experiences using MagicBands over the years (including MagicBand+ which I have personally used at both Disney World and Disneyland). By the time you are done reading, I promise you will know all the important things there are to know about using MagicBands no matter what Disney destination you plan to visit. That way, you will be able to use them to the fullest on your next Disney vacation.Both the Disney Magic Bands 2.0 and MagicBand+ have an outer band and inner band. If you push the inner band away and swiftly pull it away, you’ll be left with a smaller band. A rechargeable battery means the device has a long service life and can power new functionality, including lights and vibrations. In 2023, Disney also began offering MagicBands under a different name – DisneyBand+– aboard select Disney Cruise Line ships. In both Disney World and Disneyland, you can the MagicBand+ to play Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters in Galaxy’s Edge. This is a fun interactive game that sends you around Batuu, playing as a Bounty Hunter and collecting characters.

There are several ways to customize your Disney Magic Bands, but the easiest way is to buy a color or design that you like. We don’t have children, and I am sure there are 100 more items to add to this spot, but below are two that my Disney friends with kids have mentioned time and time again. We couldn’t leave out Disneyland when it comes to finding a cute MagicBand+! You will then use the app to make sure it is charged, and the band software is up-to-date. Inside of each band is an RFID chip that allows your band to interact with Disney technology, as well as it allows for the use of location services in the park.

We know that there are so many cute options and colors for Disney Magic Bands, and it’s hard to choose one. You really can’t go wrong with fun designs, whether it’s a MagicBand 2.0 or MagicBand+. Walt Disney World Map MagicBand+ What kind of shoes are comfortable is completely subjective to the individual wearing them! Personally, I wear Asics or Nikes when I’m touring in Disney. I know many people who love wearing Chacos, and others who prefer wearing lightweight shoes like Crocs. My best shoe-related recommendation is to bring at least two comfortable pairs of walking shoes that you can alternate through so as not to rub the same spots on your feet all week. But at Walt Disney World, once a MagicBand has been linked to a guest profile in the My Disney Experience app, it is forever tethered to that guest. That means you cannot give your MagicBand+ to friends or family going later on a Disney World vacation. You also can’t swap styles among your family group.
