About this deal

The Cleansing Face Balm smells and feels amazing to use, acting as a fantastic, light exfoliator thanks to its use of discarded apricot stones. It's not too gritty, and provided a moment of mindfulness each morning and night. By using a serum, your skin will be more radiant and full of colour. It’ll be less dry, and fine lines and wrinkles simply look characterful and smoother, rather than a sign that you are tired and worn out. 4. Protection against the world When you hear that something is oil-based it can make you worried that it will clog your pores or leave you feeling greasy. The reality is that with some oil-based skincare this is the truth. It’s not the case with serum.

Face serum will soothe those sensitive patches of skin, but it’ll also prove to be very soothing just to apply. It’s a really tactile process. Even if your skin is prone to oiliness or outbreaks, a face serum soothes the skin and helps to make you feel loved and cherished. 3. It’s a collagen booster It was a pleasure to use, but considering the size of the pot and its price, I wouldn't be rushing to refill it in the same way I would with the Cleansing Balm and Face Serum. In my opinion, it's probably more suitable for drier, mature skin. The bundles are usually cheaper than buying the products separately, too. You can also choose to buy the Full House Gift Box, with all 11, full-sized products included. How much is delivery? Absolutely! As I mentioned above, UpCircle (a play on words from the term 'upcycle' - geddit?) is one of the most sustainable skincare brands I've come across. Face serum has a wonderfully light formulation which is very easy for the skin to absorb. Its thin viscosity means that, with minimal fuss, your skin will quite happily absorb the serum. Not only does this deliver the active ingredients of the serum, it also paves the way for helping your skin to absorb the benefits of your moisturiser.

Inspiring, upcycling, uplifting: Our face serum is made with coffee oil leftover from coffee grounds to make your skin glow! After only three days of using UpCircle's Cleansing Face Balm everyday, morning and night, followed by three to four drops of serum most days and every night, I can honestly say that my skin felt absolutely incredible. How often do you pop on moisturiser in the bathroom in the morning, only to come downstairs and feel dried out or that the moisturiser is just sitting on the surface? It can feel like it’s never quite right. Serums are typically rich in antioxidants like vitamin C and vitamin E. You can’t easily avoid the free radicals which lead to skin damage and the signs of premature ageing, but you can protect it if you use serum. 5. It’s fast and visible My skin has felt noticeably less drier and sensitive thanks to the serum, which is made from repurposed coffee extract and oil. Less is definitely more with this one, as it can feel greasy at first but it absorbs wonderfully into skin, leaving it feel nourished (thanks to its key ingredient, Vitamin C).

In short, if you want to maximise the benefits of everything you put on your skin, face serum is the answer. 2. Nourishing and soothing Inside the box, each of the three skincare products from the Award-winners Bundle were wrapped securely in brown paper to save on plastic bubble wrap. It’s easy to overlook the self-care aspect of your beauty regime. Yes it’s important in terms of your physical wellbeing, but it’s also an important part of your overall process of being kind to yourself.

Face serum benefits

I am notoriously pretty bad with my skincare, and feel quite overwhelmed when it comes to routines with multiple steps including toners, acids and night creams - which is why I opted for the multi-award winning bundle, to keep it super simple. Thankfully, UpCircle has done the hard work for you by creating bundles designed for different skin types. This includes a sensitive skin bundle, one for acne-prone skin, a 'redness reducer', night-time bundle, mature skin bundle and another for dry skin. Eye Cream: 99% NATURAL INGREDIENTS: Aqua, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Glycerin, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil*, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Seed Extract, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract*, C14-22 Alcohols, C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Sodium Hyaluronate, Acer Rubrum (Maple) Extract, Tocopherol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract*, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil, Calendula Officinalis Extract*, Xanthan Gum, Salicylic Acid, Glucose, Sorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Benzyl Alcohol, Limonene Also excellent as a hair or beard oil – jojoba oil softens hair whilst rosehip keeps the skin beneath healthy and reduces irritation. After just a few days of using UpCircle's skincare, my skin felt more nourished thank to the brand's Face Serum, and plumper and clearer thanks to my twice-daily use of its apricot-stone Cleansing Balm.
