BBC teases that the show is “rich with action and set-pieces” and is an “exhilarating story of renegade men taking monumental risks in extraordinary circumstances.” When Did SAS: Rogue Heroes Premiere? Steven Knight has said that "Series two will take the SAS into mainland Europe and will take our heroes to the limits of their endurance." After Sicily, they went on to invade mainland Italy with the newly formed 2nd SAS, a unit which had been formed by Stirling's older brother, Lieutenant Colonel Bill Stirling – so it's possible he'll crop up in the next season too. Steven Knight, SAS Rogue Heroes’ creator, writer, and executive producer, says: “After the roaring success of Rogue Heroes I’m delighted to be embarking on the next chapter of the story.
