Jewel Richie is a 2022-introduced and all-around character. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Fashion Design. Heir apparent to the prestigious Puerto Rico-based fashion empire House of Richie. Jewel Richie makes a wider path through the halls than even Jett Dawson. She's very sharp, clever, outspoken and confident. All of her fashion designs feature precious stones and the highest quality fabrics-nothing is cheap. She also loves to have the freshmen work for her.
