Do you love premium quality fitness equipment and you are not afraid of spending a few hundred pounds for one? If you are, you should consider the DKN EzRun Treadmill. This machine comes from a recognized brand, DKN, and comes with multiple functions to give you a good workout session. While it might seem like a top-level workout machine, it offers you friendly user experience. Let’s explore it more to learn about its functionality and delivery. It’s also comfortable and safe on the joints – it is firm with a little give and some decent cushioning. This is important for anyone, vital to those with a fair amount of bodyfat to lose. A less forgiving surface will put the weight of their considerable mass in motion into their joints in quite a jarring, ruinous way. The JTX Sprint-3 is JTX’s entry-level treadmill. While this particular model did not make it into our Best Treadmills buying guide, other models such as the Sprint 7, Sprint 9, and Club-Max Commercial did – so if you can stretch your budget just a little more, we highly recommend doing so and at least investing in the Sprint 7. Extras: Adjustable air fan, integrated device shelf, dual water bottle holder, floor level adjustment, transportation wheels The heart rate programmes work really well and the Three Peaks Challenge and Fartlek Training are challenging but enjoyable workouts that are built in as standard.

The second part is where we objectively compare hard facts which are directly comparable – so, the top speed, maximum user weight, incline percentage, motor power and running area are all hard facts. We compare treadmills against one another in their relevant price category. For that is what the EnduRun is. The beefy 2.5CHP (which stands for continuous horsepower; the treadmill can handle a 4.5HP peak) motor provides enough power to run smoothly for long periods even in the upper ranges of the machine’s 0.5-22km/h speed range. I’ve done progression runs and interval workouts that have involved long periods running in the high teens, and the machine has performed just as well as any gym treadmill I’ve used for similar work.

JTX Fitness is setting a high bar for affordable home gym equipment. This company appears to have nailed a perfect balance of great quality products, at good prices, and with excellent customer service. The EcoRun is compact form factor treadmill. Typically, the running area of these types of treadmills are 40 cm by 120 cm. DKN have broken away from this and have made the running area approximately 5% larger in both width and length, which makes a noticeable difference when running, rather than jogging. Bottom line, the DKN EzRun is one of the best out there. It is a heavy machine, which means it will last for a long time. Furthermore, the company offers it on a 2-year labor and part warranty. This machine will assure you of an intense workout session with a user-friendly experience.

TREADMILLS

Other features include a workout cooling fan which isn’t all that powerful but does work reasonably well once you’ve worked up a bit of a sweat, a dual water bottle holder (the value of which shouldn’t be understated) and speakers with a 3.5mm input for plugging in your music player. The 1.75 HP continuous duty motor, with 3.5 HP peak, may sound a little underwhelming. Many other models, notably from JTX, have considerably more power. However, it’s still OK as a mid-rate output and can match even the JTX Sprint 7 for speed, tapping out only when it gets to 20 KPH (which should be more than enough for even the fastest runners).

Use the 25 programs for more variety in your workouts, and as you get fitter, you can move onto the more challenging settings to keep yourself challenged and motivated. The EzRun hits the sweet spot for mid-priced models.
