Aiden was having big dreams and he was working very hard to achive his goals, but he couldn't lose Ivy for a second time... As with all of B. Celeste's books, this book didn't disappoint. It was funnier and more entertaining than other books I read by this author, but still managed to delivered a great emotional punch. i can understand both characters and why they do what they do, it still gets really irritating when they arent willing to learn so it becomes a huge cycle of the same thingMy only issue was that I found the pacing a bit too slow on the second part. I fully agree that the author couldn't hurry Sky's healing but it felt a bit dragged nevertheless in the last 20%. I do better when people aren’t looking out for me because there’s nobody to disappoint when things go south."

i think he’s a pretty basic male main character. theres nothing amazin about him and theres nothing particularly bad about him either. he’s kinda just… bland. i didnt hate her but her character definitely annoyed me at times with her constantly pushing aiden away. i think to a certain extent i get her but its all. the. time.
