This is a nice supporting ingredient for a pre workout, however the dosage amount is not listed on the label so it’s hard to say how effective it is. This may still be an acceptable dose, however, since the specific form found in C4 (acetyl-l-tyrosine) has better absorption and a stronger brain boosting effect than pure l-tyrosine.
