Statistical analyses of the benthic community data included non-parametric analysis of variance (ANOVA) to examine differences in major functional group cover, abundances, species richness, number of diseased colonies, percent live tissue, and percent of recent dead. Non-metric, multidimensional scaling (MDS) plots were constructed using Bray-Curtis similarity indices to examine differences in community structure (PRIMER v6). An analysis of similarity (ANOSIM) test was used to identify differences in community structure, and similarity percentage (SIMPER) analysis was used to identify those species most responsible for the differences seen among different factor groups. All data underwent a thorough process of quality assurance and quality control before and after being compiled and statistically analyzed. Datasheets were reviewed for consistency and clarification. Any outlier species identifications or abundance/sizes etc. were reviewed and changed when appropriate. However, they seem to love each other on some level. Queen Coral tries to protect her beloved daughter from what she considers "a dangerous world." Anemone does not show any forms of radical anger towards her mother until Talons of Power. At one point, Anemone calls her mother "crazy."
Because Princess Tsunami volunteered to protect Coral's egg - even if failure meant Coral killing her, their relationship was already beginning to crumble. Blister managed to convince Coral to imprison Tsunami "for her safety," and Coral finally agreed. Tsunami escaped shortly after. Queen Coral's feelings on this are unknown. Intense heat typical in welding operations is responsible for high levels of fume concentrations in industrial areas. Fume is comprised of airborne metal or metal oxide particles that have condensed from vapor. In its turn, vapors are generated by the intense high-temperature burning and volatilization of metal, flux and alloying elements 1. During these processes, 1–3% of electrode mass turns into vapors, and the elemental composition of welding fume (WF) is generally determined by the elemental composition of the electrode and the material being welded 2. Based on the fact that particle sedimentation of WFs does not occur instantly, differences in this process for nano- and micro-particles explain their prolonged suspension state 3. Low speed sedimentation of fine particles of WFs (≤0.08 m/s) causes their even dispersion within the workspace, which imposes regulations to ensure the health and safety of such workers 4. Moreover, these particles are easily affected by the airflow and may spread far beyond the working area 2, and also absorbed by the welder’s body 5. The main components of the WFs are oxides of iron, manganese and silicon (~41, 18 and 6%, respectively), as well as chrome 6, 7. Infiltration of toxic compounds of WFs in a human organism through the respiratory tract is linked to dangerous health effects in welders. The biological hazard of WFs due to oxidation of components are well known 5. In summary, this study mapped a large expanse of hard bottom and identified a major shift in benthic communities around Tampa Bay, FL highlighting the necessity to continue mapping and benthic characterization on the WFS to understand the extent of the resources and identify other biogeographic or ecoregion boundaries. These areas serve as nursery and foraging grounds for economically and commercially important species (e.g., grouper, gray snapper, and hogfish) ( Jaap, 1984; Simon and Mahadevan, 1985; Rice and Hunter, 1992; Thompson et al., 1999; Coleman et al., 2014; Jaap et al., 2014) whose populations are modeled for fisheries management ( Saul et al., 2013). A detailed habitat map will facilitate more precise models of reef-associated species ( Grüss et al., 2016; Grüss et al., 2017a, b). These findings also illustrate a need for additional research of the Gulf of Mexico benthic habitats to give a more comprehensive understanding of WFS marine habitat and benthic community biogeography in the context of future warming conditions and the potential tropicalization of the northern Gulf of Mexico. Undocumented changes in ecoregions and shift in transition locations may be presently occurring. We suggest unifying all presently available seafloor mapping data into spatial and categorical GIS databases, mapping new areas with high probability of hardbottom resources, and collecting benthic community data over broader scales to expand the biogeographic analyses and refine community biogeographic zonation. This is a necessary precursor to any long-term community monitoring to detect spatial shifts in communities and population modeling. After Orca's death in the challenge, she wrote The Tragedy of Orca to commemorate and remember her daughter. She has also written two murder mysteries called The Talons of Murder, A Tail of Blood, and has authored an informative scroll dubbed On the Differences Between Oysters and Clams.Coral was briefly mentioned by Anemone when she was describing the events leading up to Turtle's unveiling, saying, "It was only a little bitty spell, but Darkstalker totally freaked out and sent me home to kill my mother." Blister led Queen Coral to let her waste away Anemone's soul daily by allowing excessive animus magic use. At the end of the The Lost Heir, Blister coerced Queen Coral into imprisoning Tsunami. It is not known if Coral regretted these decisions, though it can be inferred that she did. She seemed relieved when Thorn was chosen to be queen, hinting that she may not have really liked Blister nor wanted her to be Queen. It is unknown why she formed an alliance with Blister in the first place.
