The watch has a water resistance of 100m/330 feet which makes it suitable for swimming and showering, but not deep diving. The SRPD77 comes with a 22mm green NATO strap. It matches the aesthetic of the watch; however, my experience is that all NATO straps make the watch look a bit tall and bulky because of the two layers of nylon between the watch and your wrist.
