It’s a luxury no question but when it’s 30 degrees it’s worth every penny if you’re not good with extreme heat. Only had it a few weeks so can’t comment on long term use but seems well made. It’s pretty heavy and I would suggest 2 people if you need to move it far I managed it myself but not easy. Once out the box it has wheels which is much easier.
