Honestly there wasn’t anything about this book that I didn’t like, nor made me think that it wasn’t based around Maleficent at all. Straight away you follow the engagement of Aurora to the Prince and how this impacts the two lands and how Maleficent is torn between her duties to the land and her love for Aurora.
