The drama in this book is brimming. As a reader, I loved the part where Josie gives in to Evan and they have the best times of their lives, just when I began to think that this is going to work out great, questions arise and circumstances change. This downward loop was unexpected and io loved its execution.

This is such a cute romcom perfect for the valentine 🌹season. I could relate to Josie at so many levels. Her numerous (break-ups) relationships had me in splits but i was so engrossed in the one she shared with Evan and i was almost rooting for them. However it left both Josie and me in a heartbreak 💔. This book is full of Christmas-y settings around the story. Reading this I spent my very interesting two days. Josie is a very relatable character but sharply sketched out her strengths. Her writing of Sarah is easy to understand and the story will have you hooked.

Childhood friendships are touted to be one of the most special relationship which we can form, and the main reason behind it is that this is a bond which is made without any prejudices, and that could be seen from the interaction of our main characters as well. Can a broken heart heal and learn to love again? ❤️ Perhaps it can with a little dose of Christmas magic ❄️

The story begins with the protagonist, Josie Kester describing her love life in the city of Chicago, and all of them are failures which brings us to the current situation of Josie, when she has given up hope on finding Mr.Right. But we know how girls always find a way to hook up their friend, hence with a little convincing from Tess, Josie ends up with Evan. He's amazing and they had a whirlwind romance, but just like he had flew into her life, he also blew away, breaking Josie's heart in the process.
