It would appear that the system has been house coded incorrectly or something is disturbing the signal. If the units have not yet been house coded, the instructions supplied with the unit should be followed to do this. In most situations this will resolve the problem. Make sure you look after your smoke alarms by changing batteries and testing the unit on a regular basis.
