The Chelsea Christmas Grotto, nestled in Sloane Square, Chelsea, promises a magical new family experience. Cadogan has partnered with festival and events organizer, Underbelly, to create a winter terrace beneath Sloane Square’s twinkling lights. This winter wonderland features a traditional Grotto, al fresco seating, festive food and drink, and even a Bavarian Curling rink for a taste of one of the world’s oldest winter sports.

You’ll find Hamleys conveniently located on Regent Street, near Oxford Circus. The nearest underground stations, Oxford Circus (served by the Bakerloo, Central, and Victoria Lines) and Piccadilly Circus (served by the Bakerloo and Piccadilly Lines), are both just a short stroll away from this magical toy haven. For each Meet Santa booking, you can add up to 3 children per time slot. If you have more than 3 children who want to see Santa, you’ll need to book more one-time slots. Don’t worry, if you book two slots within the same session time, you can all enter the grotto together as a group. Curriculum

The experience is set inside the Old Bauble Factory near Waterloo, a historic building that used to produce Christmas decorations. Santa and his friends will be roaming around Selfridges on weekends in the run up to Christmas. See if you can spot them from December 17 to 24 between 2pm and 5pm.

Christmas is now just four weeks away, and exciting festive events are now getting underway across the country, including the big switch-on of the Christmas Lights in Lincoln earlier this week. You’ll be pleased to know that Hamley’s extends its opening hours, staying open until 9:00 PM every day, except on Sundays when it closes a bit earlier at 6:00 PM. This closing time aligns with the general practice in London and the rest of the UK for Sunday trading hours.
