About this deal

You'll be in a Pachi-collecting frenzy as you compete on the arena maps of Blizzard World, Kanezaka, and Downtown Busan, along with a new event-themed layout on Hanamura! All hosted by Pachimari's number one fan, Roadhog! Collect cute Pachi-themed cosmetics! The Lil' Hogger plush, added in early 2015, featured a spiked collar and posable tail. Hogger is one of the most iconic NPCs in WoW! You can also get the in-game pet Hogs. This plush is no longer on sale. The creation of Pachimari came out of the need for toys in Hanamura's "UFO catchers" (Pachimari-brand claw machines). It was designed by concept artist David Kang who was inspired by the Korean word for onion which sounds like "pa." [4] The Lurky Murloc plush debuted at a past BlizzCon and was later for sale on the Blizzard Gear Shop, but has since been removed. The in-game pet Lurky is from the Burning Crusade EU Collectors Edition. The sounds that pachimari plushes make when hit were created by Justin DeCloedt using a squeaky toy and a baby rattle. [1]

The Squirky Murloc plush is no longer on sale. The plush and matching battle pet were added in May 2017 as part of a special promotion. You can get the Squirky off the western coast of Azsuna. On Nintendo Switch (and possibly other consoles), there is no way to increase graphics quality above "Low", so Switch players can never see pachimari plushies on Hanamura, but they will still see one in the spawn room of Control maps. This plush launched in July 2016 and is no longer on sale. A Bronze Whelpling battle pet was added in Warlords of Draenor. Two Large Moonkin plushies were added to the Blizzard Gear Store in 2019. The Alliance Moonkin plush is significantly rarer than the Horde one, as the Alliance once sold out very fast and was never re-added to the store, whereas the Horde one was. There are smaller version of these plush available through Blizzard China, however these have not been released outside of China. This plush launched in summer 2016 to tie in with Legion's launch. It featured additional details not present on the other whelpling plushies, such as demonic runes on its body, pointed devil horns, and clouded eyes. It is no longer on sale. The related battle pet is Nightmare Whelpling. The Roadhog Catch-a-Mari gamemode is a deathmatch game mode, and as a result, there are naturally some characters that are stronger here than others. You’ll almost always want one tank on your team, with their high HP pools and damage. Fittingly, Roadhog is a strong choice, thanks to his self-sustain and one-shot potential. During the event, you'll have the chance to earn new cosmetics playing Catch-A-Mari along with your favorite unranked, competitive, or arcade game modes! This includes all-new Pachimari Icons depicting some of your favorite Overwatch Heroes, along with a Pachimari name card and a mischievous new weapon charm! The original Pepe plush was introduced as part of the I Found Pepe! Promotion in fall 2015. As part of the celebration, the I Found Pepe! and in-game costume hats were added in-game. Throughout 2015 and 2016, Blizzard launched a collection of whelplings based after battle pets like Tiny Crimson Whelpling in World of Warcraft.

Added as part of BlizzCon 2018, this plush resembling a Murloc was added to the Blizzard Gear Store. It follows the same design as the Elekk and Raptor plush. It is based on the item Souvenir Murloc, sold in Suramar. The Tortollan plush was added to the Blizzard Gear Store as part of the 2018 Blizzcon event. It resembles the Tortollan race, added in Battle for Azeroth. This guide is designed to provide a comprehensive list, with related images, of all known official Blizzard Plushies for sale over the years from Pepe to Murlocs! The Primal Winston plush was a convention exclusive, making its debut at SDCC. It was a red-tinted variant of the Winston plush. This plush is no longer available. Regardless of graphics settings, a single pachimari can be found on a table in the MV-261 Orca vehicle on Control maps. To get Roadhog’s Pachimari skin, you’ll have to complete all six in-game challenges exclusive to the event: Because they are not essential to gameplay, pachimari plushes will not load within the Hanamura UFO catchers unless the player's in-game graphics settings are "Medium" or higher.
