Moving to a fixed frame time is, in some ways, a more satisfying solution to the determinism problem as we remove frame time as an input. Once frame time is a hard-coded value, numerous doors open for deterministic testing, optimization, and simplification. These value adds are generally small and situational, but they do add up to a more stable, knowable game simulation. Traditional skins were created to capture the original feel of our first fully reworked champions. Any player who owned the champion before the rework received the skin. Issue 1: Many Clocks, Many Implementations
Rewards expire one year from the date they were earned. If a reward has not been redeemed within one year, it will expire and will no longer be available for use. Modification and Termination Since the shield uses charlieplexing, we still end up with a low-power project, despite the number of LEDs. The library is sufficiently well written to provide decent brightness on the LEDs and easy ways to manipulate the state of individual LEDs. The built-in LED and resistor on pin 13 can be an issue for the perfectionist. If you were using the shield in a finished project, you'd disconnect these or build your arduino from scratch.
