Exercising your legs, arms and core, it delivers a whole body strength and cardio workout. Easy to use, the ergonomic, strapless handles provide a comfortable grip. Using durable materials, they will not absorb sweat so your grip remains secure no matter how intense your workout.

The frame is aluminum with a powder coat finish. Compared to the Concept 2 Model E which is completely constructed with welded steel, while the Concept 2 Model D is aluminum front legs with steel rear legs. The Concept 2 SkiErg is accessible for wheelchair users. Concept 2 sells several add-ons, such as handle hooks and cord extensions, that make it easier to use from a seated position.
