About this deal

The information was presented in a very structured manner that made it easy to learn the key concepts with references to other parts of the book. Important facts (such as Ali ibn Abi Talib was the fourth caliph) were mentioned in multiple sections when it was relevant to the topic at hand. This repetitiveness allows readers to jump to any section they wish and have all of the relevant information needed. Additionally, the reiteration makes it easier to remember essential details of Islam. The Islam Book helped me organize everything I have learned over the years, correct misconceptions that I have had, and fill in a lot of missing information. This book covers the history of the religion, key concepts of the faith, important events, famous people (including my favorite, Ibn Battuta, the Moroccan Marco Polo), the golden age of Islam, and contemporary issues for the Muslim community. So he completed this Islamic book in a period of twenty years and the result is that more than two million copies of this Islamic book have been published and dedicated to the public. I love the overall layouts of the contents. They included quotes from known Muslims figures from all over the world including my own country, Malaysia, quotes from the Quran, facts and history behind each topic, and also there's pictures, mind maps and illustrations related to it (slide left.

There are many types of books. Some serve for delight, others for knowledge. Some are to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and some few to be chewed and digested; that is, some are to be read only in parts; others to be read, cursorily; and some few to be read fully, with diligence, and attention. It is a fact that prayer is the weapon of the believer. This is a stronghold of the believer. There are countless examples throughout Islamic history that as prayer showed its effectiveness, history took a new turn. New eras and new mornings and evenings were born. This book includes references from the Quran, the Sunnah, dictionaries, history books, and the sayings of the Salaf. It further explains the signs of the Hour through the help of maps and pictures related to the specific topic. As the editor and 11 contributors put it, this book is for you whether you are a Muslim, a student, or simply curious. Authored by Lesley Hazletonin 2009, it is the story about two rivals between Sunni and Shia in Islam. Thisbook is a pure historical description of what happened after the death of Prophet Muhammad PBUH. In the whole narration Sunni Shia split revolves aroundMuhammad PBUH, Ali R.A and Hussein R.A. Lesley Hazleton beautifully explored the psychology of Ayesha wife of Muhammad PBUH and gave an excellent insight into her controversial actions. When you read the book, you feel you are standing in the middle of each event of Islam. This Islamic book was further enhanced by additions. Now it includes prayers, fasting, Hajj, Umrah, as well as morning and evening dhikr, funeral prayers, solution of magic and jinn, and all the prayers related to daily life. 10). End of the World It is not meet for the Prophet and for those who believe that they should beg pardon for the polytheists, even though they were their kith and kin, after it had been made known to them that they were the denizens of Hell" (ix. 113) Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Arifi, a prominent Saudi cleric, thought of compiling the biographies of the Companions of the Holy Prophet and the stories of prominent people of the Ummah in a similar way, which were far superior to the biographies of non-Muslims. This book is one of the clearest big-picture explanations about Islam. It is a perfect introduction for novices, but the sheer wealth of information can also teach so many new insights to the practitioners of the faith. This is beautiful lesson about Economics and Business success from the Quran. Business’ that thrive are one’s that create more value for consumers than they take. This simple concept is often neglected by individuals that start business’ because they primarily get into business for selfish reasons, they want money and the freedom. Profits and freedom are a by product that comes only to those who provide tremendous value upfront for their users. Failure to understand this is a major contributor to the statistic that 80% of business fail within the first 5 years. It’s a difficult task to bring the most value to the marketplace while remaining cost effective and competitive.

This essential guide to Islam covers every aspect of the Muslim faith and its history - from the life of the Prophet Muhammad and the teachings of the Koran to Islam in the 21st century. Celebrating the scientific, literary, and artistic achievements of the Islamic Golden Age and the ideas of philosophers and theologians across the centuries, it opens a window on the Islamic world. This book is the autobiography of Muhammad Asad who is an intellectual Muslim scholar, political theorist and spiritual writer. Published in 1954, Muhammad Asad tells about his initial rejection of all religions, how he entered into Taoism then his fascinating travel as a diplomat, and finally his Islam embracement. The book is a combination of adventure and scenic beauty of travel.

But otherwise, this is a pretty nice book covering a large array of subjects around Islam, starting with the basics about Islam as a religion, the history of big Muslim figures and going all the way to Islam in today's world and some challenges in Muslim and non-Muslim countries regarding Islam (such as Islamophobia in the West and extremely restrictive interpretations of some religious rules in Saudi Arabia). A Muslim who does not make supplication his way is in fact a stingy person. The Holy Quran and authentic hadiths are great sources in which there is a very comprehensive and melodious supplication of our needs. What is the Islamic system of society, the rights of Allah, and the rights of people on the basis of which a human society looks like paradise? To know this subject, the greatest benefactor of this ummah, Imam Nawawi رحمه الله wrote an Islamic book entitled رياض الصالحين which covers all the topics regarding the various issues, etiquettes, and more.Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion.” Ayat 185 This book is so comprehensive and authoritative on its subject that it has been introduced on the “Abb Takk” news channel in Pakistan with reference to a standard, authentic, comprehensive, and non-sectarian book on the topic of Prayer. 05). Tib-e-Nabvi (طب نبوی) Dr. Shafiqu ur Rehman, a prominent religious scholar of Pakistan, has written this Islamic book entitled Namaz e Nabvi to the benefit of the Ummah. Within this book, he has covered the correct process of ablution and salah in the light of the sunnah. I know I mentioned it in the beginning, but the illustrations truly are beautiful. They’re placed throughout the book and I always like to stop and look at pictures while I’m reading. It helps the reader immerse into the story, at least from my perspective it does. I felt like I was really there when the historical events occurred and I could see why so many love their religion. I think this book is a must-read for my fellow Christians because if we are only reading about other religions from hostile sources, we won’t be learning much and like the source, we will be hostile towards others.
