One Piece vol. 3 starts out strong with the conclusion to the Buggy arc. As Luffy's fight with Buggy comes to a head, we learn about the origins of Buggy and his abilities. Panels really shine, especially with the big finale. When the dust settles, we see loose ends tied with Boodle and Chouchou both getting great send offs, especially Boodle.
