About this deal

Bassinet Stroller: The Maclaren Quest stroller is not car seat compatible, but is bassinet compatible. You can easily attach the Maclaren bassinet to the stroller frame, transforming it into a nice stylish pram. The top 3 best affordable baby trend strollers review! Having a stroller for jogging, going for a jog, mountain hike,… Read more… What stroller is best, though? While travel systems are a great idea, in the beginning, they can be clunky and difficult to travel with. Even in the beginning, they can be a bit “much”. Lightweight strollers, in my opinion, should be on everyone’s baby registry. Some, like most of the Maclaren strollers, can be used right from birth. Others should only be used after 6 months of age. Point Harness: In terms of safety, the Maclaren Quest stroller seat has a 5-point harness system which helps to keep your baby safely strapped to the stroller seat. As kids tend to move around while you’re not paying full attention, the harness helps to keep them safely strapped into the stroller seat. Babies and toddlers are dirty. They will spill everything on their seat no matter where they are. Some stroller material can be challenging to clean, which means you’re left with a crusty and disgusting product. But this one different. The seat is entirely removable and washable, leaving your stroller material looking brand-new and ready for anything even after heavy use.

Malcolm was close to his grandmother, who took a keen interest in his upbringing and would insist on sharing a bed with him. He later told friends that she threaded silk ribbons through his pubic hair to “ward off sexual encounters”. When his school head complained about his poor behaviour, she would shrug and tell him “boys will be boys” – a refrain that McLaren would parrot later whenever his punk proteges, the Sex Pistols, got into hot water. Egged on by Rose, he consistently defied his mother who, disapproving of her son’s habit of staying out all night prowling the streets of Soho, threw him out at 18, leading to a 25-year estrangement. McLaren subsequently set up home in a friend’s car. That friend was Gordon Swire, whose sister was Vivienne Westwood. Bringing together a fresh look, the Quest Sport is perfect for parents looking for a lightweight and sporty model. Featuring a luxurious quilted seat and plush suspension, it offers 4 reclining positions ensuring a smooth, safe and comfortable ride for your child, whether awake or asleep. Maclaren pioneered the concept of lightweight buggies and its well-designed range has enjoyed enduring popularity for good reason. The Quest is no exception, combining lightness and practicality with a decent level of comfort. This lightweight pushchair looks and feels high quality and it’s easy to change the seat angle and push over different terrains. The useful carry handle and compact, one hand umbrella fold means it's much easier to fold and lift in and out of cars. Complete with an easy access foot brake and angled handles for comfort and easy steering, the Quest Sport offers excellent manoeuvrability in both city and rural spaces. Again, Maclaren is all about convenience. That is why they have made sure that their strollers are easy to use. They are easily maneuvered through all types of terrain and can be collapsed and stored away with a single hand. They’re smaller than the average stroller, meaning they can fit into tight spaces with ease.

Where to Go Next:

I bought Maclaren Quest when my little one was 7 months old, as I didn't want to take a big Bugaboo cameleon on London transport. Being small, reclining to almost flat this fitted the bill. I used it now for more than 3 years . And I am happy with it. It is always in the boot of the car. It doesn't take much space, I keep it near the entry door at porch. And we travelled a lot with it. It is quite a comfy one for a child to seat as there are several recline positions. She slept really well in it, reclined flat. The raincover is good to keep the cold off too, due to its shape and how it is attached to the buggy. I folded and carried it down the stairs in tube a lot, as it is lightweight.

With its luxury quilted seat and comfortable suspension, the Quest ensures the smoothest, safest and most cozy ride available. The Maclaren Quest is quite pricey compared to most lightweight strollers – almost double the price. It’s only suitable for parents who are ready to pay more than average for quality and a cool brand.Lightweight yet sturdy, the Quest represents a solid buying choice. Suitable from birth and with several seat positions, it’s a good option for toddlers too. The simple single handed umbrella fold mechanism allows you to open and close the buggy with ease and the additional carry handle enables you to easily transport and carry. As with most strollers it isn’t made for rough terrain and can be heavy to push as the wheels are small. The brake is a foot brake and isn’t the strongest so a persistent child can still move it if they are determined enough even with the brake on.
