Spray a generous covering of Pre-Icer over the glass surfaces to be treated. Do not wipe. Please note that rapid thaw or heavy rain after application will reduce the product’s effectiveness. CarPlan Pre-Icer is designed to prevent ice from bonding to your windscreen, mirrors and other exterior glass surfaces. The unique viscous formula provides a temporary coating that absorbs moisture preventing the forming of ice on glass surfaces. Pre-Icer eliminates the need for early morning scraping and de-icing. Simply remove any loose surface ice with the windscreen wipers and Screenwash. The one other thing it won’t save you from is a completely snowed-over windscreen. For those instances where you’ll need a set of snow chains, a full-on snow brush will be a more useful bet.
