About this deal

Tomatoes. I used a combination of chopped canned tomatoes and tomato puree. Crushed tomatoes, Tomato Passata, etc will all work.

The genius bit is that by folding in, in three stages, hard cheeses such as Cheddar and Parmesan (which aren’t going to soften like butter), we can create layers without having to chill the dough between stages.Autumn Statement: Workers to pay less in national insurance – but rate cuts don't offset the freezing of personal tax thresholds NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank to close at least 172 branches in 2023/24 – here's the full list, plus alternatives Transfer dough to a lightly floured work surface. Add butter and process until mixture resembles wet sand, about 20 seconds. Add water and pulse until dough forms large clumps, about 10 pulses. Sift the white spelt flour, white whole-wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together. Pour into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the dough blade (or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment). Add the chilled butter and pulse to create a coarse crumb mixture. With the food processor running, stream in the flaxseed oil, followed by the water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture starts to form large clumps. Step 3 Bake straight from the fridge or freezer (no need to defrost) to enjoy warm and crispy within minutes! Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
