About this deal

Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). The darkest dye available in the colour family will increase the intensity (example: use navy blue dye to make midnight blue deeper). We take intellectual property concerns very seriously, but many of these problems can be resolved directly by the parties involved.

When dyeing a colourful fabric Black or Charcoal Grey (without using Colour Remover before) the original colour may show through. They are highly concentrated powdered hot water dyes that produce a uniform colour when immersion dyeing. The dye comes in a dissolvable packet, so there are never any messy powders to handle: simply drop the packet in a pot of water, add your fabric and bring to the boil.We don’t offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases once fabric has been cut, discounted remnants or Tessuti Patterns. Make any Tintex colour a pastel just by using less dye powder mixed with hot water (example: use a small amount of scarlet red for pastel pink). Colour results may vary depending on how light/dark the substituted colour is and how much dyed is used in the formula (example: cardinal red, scarlet red, tangerine orange).

Available in a variety of vibrant colours and two formulas; one for 100% natural fabrics and the other for synthetics. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. The dye may also be used for fabric dye techniques (in a dye bath), creating exciting effects by masking sections of fabric using elastic bands, string, pegs etc. From interiors to clothing, it not only gives the fabric an energetic quality but the colour’s versatile hue works across various seasons and cultures, thus appealing all genders. For natural and synthetic blends, simply mix iDye with 'iDye Poly' and follow the stove top instructions provided on the packs!iDye is a hot water dye for any natural fabric that may be used on the stove-top or in the washing machine. Fabric dye can be used for complete dyeing of white cotton fabric (in a dye bath or in the washing machine). The example photo shown has used 1yard of cotton, linen and silk using one 5gm size for all 3 pieces.

You can get new colours by over-dyeing (example: red fabric turns purple if you dye it blue without lightening the colour before). A small amount of any dye makes a pastel (example: use 1/16, 1/8 or 1/4 tsp of dye colour mixed with 1 cup hot water). Each custom colour recipe may include full or partial measurements of teaspoons or tablespoons (example: 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 tsp and/or Tbsp). The fabric colours represented in the photos may differ slightly from the actual product, All images are taken in natural light but their appearance on-screen can vary depending on the calibration of your computer monitor.

Get the most colour intensity when you use the hottest water possible for your fabric (example: use the stove top dyeing method, heat water with a kettle or use 140°F water).Natural fabric and poly blends (for example, poly/cotton) may dye to a lighter shade or for deeper colour use iDye with iDye Poly. Please note that we are only a retailer of this product and cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any project carried out. iDye is a hot water dye that produces brilliant colours on any natural fabric and may be used on the stovetop or in the washing machine. Liquid colour: Contains reaction mass of Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone (3:1). Our recommendation: Wash the dyed textiles at up to 40°C on a delicates programme with clothes and fabrics of a similar colour.
