This book reinforced for me what a nice sweet boy he is, and how he uses his skills to help people heal and grow. Time and again, souls come through and acknowledge that letting go of their fear was the key to transitioning smoothly. He also talks about how he struggled to gain acceptance from his conservative father about his abilities, which is also a wonderful story. It is always a little strange to read a memoir written by a 20 year old, as they have only a limited life experience. When describing their life reviews, many souls acknowledge that they could have learned so much more had they applied more self-awareness and not allowed their conditioning to dictate their quality of life.

Between Two Worlds” is recommended for Tyler Henry fans, readers interested in clairvoyance, young adults interested in introspection, and those seeking some spiritual insight. With ego stripped out of the way, it’s much easier for souls to understand the role that challenges had in their learning process, without getting caught up in the negative emotions we experience in this realm. They frequently describe how after they transitioned, they learned to let go of the unhappiness that came with focusing on the upsetting situations they faced during their lifetime. It's been a delight to read about Tyler's discovery of his gift at age 10 just before his Grandmother passed.After experiencing a sudden, accurate premonition of his grandmother’s death—what Tyler would later describe as his first experience of “knowingness”—life would never be the same. This isn’t the medium for me (no pun intended) to dive into what this entails (Google the terms, if interested); but I will say that it is both an exhausting but amazing way to live being that it causes one to view life on another level of existence. However, I think it’s more important for you to understand the process of exactly what happens when a spirit comes through. Despite struggling to accept his rare talent, Tyler grew to embrace it, and finally found the courage to share it with--and ultimately change--the world. Though nothing can prepare us for the process of dying or experiencing the death of a loved one, we can take steps to appreciate those we love and remind them how we feel.

What a sense of calm and peace I get just from the small amount of work I have seen of his on the TV show he is on. This validation comes from describing personality traits, quirks, family traditions, inside references, and sometimes even physical mannerisms. I am one of those people who has a completely open mind when it comes to the afterlife, and I do watch this author, Tyler Henry, as often as I can on his program. I receive impressions from one or more spirits, and together, the querent and I establish how the message is relevant and where it connects.
