Mont Blanc Legend Spirit has a distinctly aromatic, woody composition that begins with a vibrant and refreshing blend of bergamot, pink pepper and grapefruit, which soons moulds into that key note of cool aquatic accord, given depth and vigor by the addition of aromatic tones of lavender and cardamom. After acquiring a few bottles of scents that I prefer, I find myself using Legend less frequently than before.

Sweet lavender that quickly morphs into tonka bean, but the extremely poor performance on my skin makes this a no-go. Grabbed the lil’ 1oz bottle to remind me what Abercrombie Fierce smelled like since I have been to mall in 5 years. I am quite disappointed, after purchasing a 30 ml bottle of Legend, to find out it is identical to Zara Lincoln Road Miami (somehow not present on Fragrantica) that I already own. The legend line itself is great and I don't think you can really go wrong with a mont blanc fragrance.It may not offend people (or even you) but if you hate lavender, this is just like a bad toilet sprayer. Wore this on a first date in the US and my date was complimenting me so much she was trying to sniff me.

To me this is musky and very "masculine", even more so than Sauvage, which to me is more "relaxing". Like all skin products, Mont Blanc Legend Eau de Toilette can cause side effects, however, this may be less likely. After just a few sprays, you will swear that Richard Karn’s beard follicles are rubbing against your tonsils. The elegant metal cap with three rings and an intricate pattern reflects the legendary Montblanc Meisterstück 149 fountain pen. Yet without saying a word, we sense his purpose, charisma, and authenticity; Montblanc Legend Eau de Parfum invites all men to challenge themselves and to discover what kind of a Legend they are.

Scent wise, this one is good, will kick in that nostalgia, but after having your nose exposed to all the other scents profiles out there over the years, this may come off as cheap synthetic and generic, in a way. The weighty bottle, adorned in black and metallic hues, draws inspiration from the renowned Meisterstück pen.
