I know some other reviews said it leaked but I haven't experienced that yet, but I've only been using it a week. It has unique safety vent technology to increase the temperature inside the Solo for better sterilisation. Usual Hazards and Cautions apply when using the Milton Fluid or Tablets for the Cold Water sterilising method.

Very informative information on the box which describes how it works but says microwaves in 2 minutes on the front but when reading the back of the box gives the different times for different wattage microwaves. A 2in1 microwave or cold water Single bottle Steriliser, ideal for travel, overnight stays or when you’re away from home. The steriliser is a convenient travel size but it does have a tendency to leak (ever so slightly) when not standing upright – otherwise, a really useful, value-for-money product.All items are weighted down by a specially made grid, to help ensure everything is fully immersed in the solution. Yeasticidal: in 15 min EN 1275, EN 1650, EN 14562 on Candida albicans (1 tablet in 5L) and in 15 min EN 13697 on Candida albicans (3 tablets in 5L). Generously sized for a bottle or breast pump parts, it can be microwaved or used with cold water sterilising solution, whichever works best for where you are. The Solo Travel Steriliser sterilises in two minutes in the microwave, or in 15 minutes with cold water.
