The Slurp ’n’ Slime Goo Drop has been brilliant fun, way more entertaining than I’d ever have thought. I was super impressed with the box, with instructions on the back and colourful intergalactic patterns. Ours didn’t actually suck up – we poured our goo into a pyrex jug and poured it into the Regoovinator instead.

Contains one large Goo Drop Doll, one candy comet, one Goo Drop stand, one bowl, one whisk, one regoovinator, five glitter fills, two slime sachets, one passport, plus glitter. Before Jake took his turn I cleaned the body of the doll out which was really easy to do much to my surprise. I was really impressed with the choice of glitter fills and that you can reseal them so you don’t need to use them all at once. A better formula would be lovely – or putting it through a sieve with larger holes before adding the glitter might have worked.Of all of our toy reviews, this has got to be the craziest toy concept for us so far… What’s In The Goo Goo Galaxy Slurp ‘n’ Slime Box? It was useful to have a stand supplied in the box to keep her from falling over as I filled up her tummy with glittery slime. She’ll spit up her Star Goo through her mouth and then you can refill her using the regoovinator again and again. I just love all of the little bits and pieces that help put a smile on someone’s face but don’t cost the earth.

Once I was happy with the slime I couldn’t wait to feed Bowie Beamheart and see her transparent body fill up. Despite the horror-stricken looks I get from fellow parents on the playground, we are proud to say that we have never banned modeling clay of any kind in our home.
