I don’t want to say too much because you just NEED to read it for yourself, but this story was just beautiful. All of their back and forth banter and attraction finally comes to the surface, and these two couldn’t be more explosive. Oh and maybe have a box of tissues on hand for this one, cause they’ll be plenty of tears as the emotions rise off each page.

I completely lost my mind in that universe but the ending was so freaking worth it that I'd reread it all over again with no problem! This is a brother's best friend's, enemies to lovers, college sport romance, Prescott and Jade's story was enthralling, it kept me reading from start to finish.

I wish we could‘ve explored it a little bit more in book one but I bet we‘ll get to see more in book two. This book is a part of this author’s Blairwood University series and their duet can be read as a standalone ,but I high recommend the other books as they are phenomenal. Sometimes they were described more than once a page, and that was kind of distracting, along with the amount of times Jade would jab Prescott in the chest when they were bickering, for lack of a better term. Getting to see Prescott and Jade hit rock bottom and then be reborn from their ashes 😫 it was both heartbreaking and awfully pleasing ❤❤❤ this duology covers the subjects of : pain ( both physical and mental ), love, friendship, rivalry and hope which made every single page a real delight!

However it was completely expected, something that was learnt along the way through the dual perspective of Jade and Prescott. This book quite literally built me up, tore me down and then built me back up again - you can sense the rollercoaster of emotions going on in Jade and Prescott’s lives. Their friends are there for them individually and as a couple which only makes the story that much better.For readers who have been following the series, you will love getting caught up with all of the characters in the previous books. It definitely didn’t go the way I thought it was, it was better but damn it had me ALL in my feelings ! Kiss To Shatter is by far my favourite book in the Blairwood University Series and my favourite Anna B. They fought a lot but it was obvious the chemistry they had so it was nice reading how their relationship started changing and how they tried to rely on each other with their problems. I was highly anticipating the conclusion to this duet after the cliffhanger from Kiss to Shatter and Anna B.

I can’t wait to find out the truth and follow these characters as they face a demon and fingers crossed they manage to slay it! Her road to recovery isn't easy or pretty, but I think the author did a good job humanizing how brutal treatment is for a cancer patient. It is good to read Jade's story as I had been eager to find out about her since she was introduced in the series. I love the build up of the story, the snarky comebacks, the push and pull, the angst and the jealousy.I love a good enemies to lovers story and this one is exactly what I like, great characters, a good plot line and a chemistry that is just undeniable. Just in book one we have brother best friend, college, sports, a pill addict, asshole parents, dead mom (caner), dead brother (cancer), and more cancer. I can't count the number of times I've cried and laughed and everything in between while reading this story.

Like the first part of their story, I knew this book was going to be a rollercoaster of emotions, but that didn't stop me from shedding tears as the pages went by! There is nothing better than some enemies to lovers banter and tension, and boy did they have it which gives us the perfect kind of spice🔥. Also given all the topics touched in this book maybe throw in a trigger warning in the beginning just in case?
