So, if I have a lot of red meeples, and you have a tile that I really want to activate several times, then I might choose to activate it with red meeples (each additional activation costs an extra meeple; and each tile can only be activated up to three times per round).These tiles will then be added to your village, placing them adjacent to your Home tile or other tiles in the village such that their features match up (roads, grass, water).
