There are three models in the new HyperFlex range: Laced, BOA and Carbon - in this review I will be taking a closer look at the FootJoy HyperFlex Carbon golf shoes, FJ's most recent 2023 golf shoe geared for the 'modern golfer athlete'.

It's part of a clear effort by FootJoy to go a bit bolder and brighter with some of its color options. This shoe is very comfortable out of the box, but sacrifices nothing when it comes to traction and creating power from the ground up. I don’t need wide shoes but I have to say I’m very disappointed in these new Hyperflex shoes as I was a fan of the previous version. Ortholite® Impressions FitBed® provides immediate step-in comfort and shapes over time for a truly custom fit. The upper of the Hyperflex shoe is made from a high performance engineered mesh with TPU yarns that combines with a soft and comfortable athletic waterproof knit upper to deliver incredible retention properties, while providing waterproof protection.The styling is unmistakably FootJoy, together with the famous FJ logo on the sides towards the heel. An enhanced range of motion is delivered through OptiFlex zones which ensure maximum ground contact.
