No other Controller gives his engines more love and attention than Sir Topham, he’s gone out of his way to save engines from the Cutters Torch, engines like Toby, Douglas and Oliver wouldn’t be around if not for this truly incredible man. The simple answer is no-one, this is actually the one scene in the entire CGI era, where you feel the Fat Controller truly has the respect of everyone.
