About this deal

The author did an amazing job interconnecting the storylines together, even though we were essentially reading about two relationships; It flowed perfectly into one amazing story for book 2. Jessie is introduced to us in Razr's book because Jaine suggests her to be the Dusters new accountant. If you have read the first three books then you know that these characters and their story have been hinted at and we actually met Jessie in Razr.

I will say this series overall is very character based so once again, reading the previous books will allow for fuller understanding. When they get pushed together for a project and end up spending quality time together their feelings grow, and the steamy times start. There is plenty of action, steam and betrayals but it's the emotion that sticks with me the most because you don't get that a lot in Mafia/MC romances. When the two meet for the first time it’s with Sarah blindfolded so she does not know who she’s about to spend a night with.

Whilst it was mainly around Sarah and Cillian there was still lots about the other characters in this book. I'm also so happy that so many secrets came out in this book, I felt like I was holding them along with all the characters. I am more excited now to continue this series, more than ever and get each brothers story as well as continue Jaines. I’ve had a bit of a reading slump month where most books feel like an absolute drag, and it’s in these times when I especially appreciate the easy-to-read but impactful writing from Harley Diamond. I cheered for them throughout this book as that interaction was sweet comical, but I did have to hold back from wanting to throttle Dylan for a few things.

This is a great read, has everything and more, loved how it goes into other parts like the bikies, then back and seeing the go from past to present it makes sense. That said, I would definitely start with reading Ace, since several details might be confusing otherwise, and this book continues the heartbreak we went through in Jaine’s story. Calderdale Council will only use the data you supply to update you on news and events at Victoria Theatre.

Thanks for that Allan, I actually started out with something similar which evolved into these, and was happily extolling the virtues of the fly I'd 'invented' to Mr.In this second book Jainie has to let a few people in on her secret identity which causes issues, great that all her guys finally get to know her secret identity. Do you want to be the first to find out about what's coming up at Chesterfield Theatres including new shows on sale?

Only Shania Twain and Busted attracted more people to a show on Tyneside in the same 12 month period. I digress though 😂 The author does continue to link into the overarching crossover with the Scorpions, and especially Jaine as she seems to be the link between all of the groups. The thing with this book/series is that so far their are very few side characters and a bunch of main characters. For now they've nigh on replaced DHE's and Klinks in my box, although I will need to sit at the vice at some point and be slightly less lazy I guess.
