I recommend making the spice mix in small batches that you can easily use up, as opposed to one large batch. This sunny chip seasoning blend is a delectable combination of spicy paprika, sweet onion and garlic. Other wonderful variations include using either a teaspoon of celery salt, white pepper (also adds heat) or both. I made this tonight, cut up the potatoes in cubes, fried them in the pan with some oil and sprinkled this seasoning over whilst Absolutely delicious!
