I'm not very careful with it, routinely leaning it up against an amp, don't usually use a stand, etc. These are often highly modified versions of the US or Mex models and you’ll normally find them with cool upgrades like dual humbucker pickups or bigsbys.

In 2003 Fender offered Telecasters with a humbucking/single coil pickup arrangement or two humbucking pickups featuring Enforcer humbucking pickups, and S-1 switching. As has been the case for decades, the five-way selector of the Stratocaster offers a slew of wiring configutations. The magnets at the lower end of the scale tend to produce a softer attack and a degree of “bloom” to the envelope of the note. Engaging the S-1 switch on this particular Telecaster introduces out-of-phase circuitry to blade switch positions two and four only, with positions one and three remaining unaffected. The Custom and Deluxe were introduced during the CBS period and reissues of both designs are currently offered.This has the effect of decreasing the inductance of the pickup and significantly raising the resonant frequency.
