About this deal

The Number Rhymes Bag comprises of felt pieces (with velcro to stick them to the bag) to support popular number based nursery rhymes: ‘5 Little Ducks’, ’10 Fat Sausages’, ’10 Green Bottles Hanging on a Wall’ and ‘1,2,34,5 ‘. We have used our bag every day since it arrived and the children can't wait for us to get it out ,the children love having it at my house! It’s even working on your maths skills as you deal with concepts related to rhythm such as ratios and fractions. Rhymes are a source of developing literacy and phonic skills, as they offer the ability to read and determine letter sounds. Always read labels, warnings, directions and other information provided with the product before using it.

I purchased these for my 3 year old son who has autism he loves nursery Rhymes I find these are a great way to encourage him to make a choice which nursery Rhyme he wants me to sing along to they also encourage him to sit on his mat and join in there fantastic would highly recommend.A song sack really does help, though, as the children enjoy choosing AND it means zero preparation time for me (always a bonus for us busy mums)! In each sack are carefully compiled items related to a single story to help parents, teachers, and children in EYFS and KS1 bring stories to life at school and at home. As a teacher who works in children's ministries, the bonus of the faith-themed songs was a delight to receive.

You can download the TLC rhyme cards to offer you some inspiration and to help you learn the words https://www. Early Years Careers provides a supportive forum where Early Years professionals can value the sharing of best practice to help deliver outstanding practice in Early Years settings and enhance Continuous professional development. Puppets and toys help bridge communication gaps for neurodivergent learners by providing a tangible, visual, and interactive medium for storytelling and learning. Encourage the children to pair up with their friends and row the boat together, this is helping to develop those social skills. The song sack is a great way to get everyone involved in the song time – even small babies can grab onto a toy to “choose” the next song. For more like this, see our Food Posting Activity Busy Bag Prompt Card and Resource Pack to Support Teaching on The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

This set includes 6 felt pieces to help you illustrate the childrens song No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed! Old McDonald – for younger children use a selection of farm animals for them to choose from, to extend this further for older children why not include animal masks so they can be an animal of their choice during the song. Keep in mind that anyone can view public collections - they may also appear in recommendations and other places. I'm a Childminder and bought this bag with extension set after seeing how much the children enjoy it at a couple of the toddler groups we attend.

These resources engage multiple senses and create a safe environment for self-expression and communication.
