I've owned this watch for 18 years, since 2002, and have given it some very rough military treatment, yet it's still totally accurate. It ticks a lot of boxes:Sand blasted satin Titanium caseTitanium screw down casebackVery nicely made with a time honoured Pulsar/Lorus wave engraving on the caseback (as found on civilian versions of MOD issued watches)~36mm - perfect size for a field watch. It has a screw back so if you want to save money and change the battery yourself, all you need is is a good quality tool and you can take the back off without risk of causing damage. wrists and on a ‘Bond NATO’ strap this looks superb in the size it is - anything larger wouldn’t look right as a field watch. It survives my 'Sauna Test' - placing it in the hottest corner of the sauna for 1 hour - no problem.

Bracelets, straps, batteries, glasses and stones are not usually covered under the manufacturer's guarantee. I'd like to see one with a screwdown crown, Sapphire Crystal, Solar Movement - There's a Kinetic Pulsar watch which is vaguely similar but I am not keen on Kinetic, I'd rather Solar. It's also a great watch but has a fully lumed Lumibrite dial - whereas this one hasn't and the dial on the Lumibrite is too busy, I prefer the cleaner simpler dial on this. Received the Lorus RXD425L8 Titanium few weeks ago and it's becoming quick one of my favorite watches.
