Each roll-on contains 230mg of CBD (a great amount) and includes fractioned coconut oil (MCT), which acts as a carrier oil for the CBD and really helps with absorption. I find you have to warm the stick on your skin for a moment before applying (probably because I live in freezing Vermont) but once it warms a bit it glides right on.
