King Henry II legacy is lasting in terms of organization and of the continuance of the British Commonwealth today. The identity of Horton is unknown to us, but we can speculate that he was well-regarded by senior staff at Kingsport Press; we have also encountered a specially bound presentation set of Churchill s The Second World War (also printed by Kingsport) gifted to Mr. Additionally, small time scoundrels presented investment idiocies such as improving the British jackasses by breeding them with those imported from Spain; one advantage taker had even gone so far (and succeeded) in advertising “….

In 3 years-time the work was finished when the supervisory committee then reviewed the final draft version – 12 persons on this committee completed the task within 9 months-time. He tells of the struggles and setbacks of the great men and the little men who carried the banner forward and the selfish men who dragged it back.A History of the English-Speaking Peoples is a four-volume history of Britain and its former colonies and possessions throughout the world, written by Winston Churchill, covering the period from Caesar's invasions of Britain (55 BC) to the end of the Second Boer War (1902). Founded by bankers who had financed the Clinchfield Railway and the Kingsport town site, Kingsport Press became "an integral component in fulfilling the interlocking concept of industry upon which Kingsport s founders created the planned industrial community" and "served as a catalyst for the development and expansion of related industries such as Mead Paper Company. Not quite sure the adjective ‘nerd’ pertains to me (I’m not going to dismiss it for lack of another word) but I have a difficult time reading history without knowing where the action is taking place. H. Plumb wrote: "This history will endure; not only because Sir Winston has written it, but also because of its own inherent virtues — its narrative power, its fine judgment of war and politics, of soldiers and statesmen, and even more because it reflects a tradition of what Englishmen in the hey-day of their empire thought and felt about their country's past.
