A clear pale gold liquid with intense hazelnut aromas, rich in texture, with a pronounced but delicate hazelnut flavour and a smooth, long finish.

Leave to infuse for at least one month in a cool, dark place, giving the jar a shake when you remember. This recipe is a simple mix of flavors but you could really have some fun adding a few herbs and even a little fruit to the mix.
