This fabulous bomber style jacket is a satin style fabric with faux leather collar, cuffs and pockets, feather epaulettes with attached beads. He included "Heartache All Over the World" and "Slow Rivers" on his 1986 Australian tour with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, which would eventually yield John's 1987 live album Live in Australia with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
