Killian Single Malt EDP is a great, sweet, vanilla, fruity plum, boozy whiskey-like, and resinous fragrance.But seeing as everyone on Fragrantica likely has an obscene amount of fragrances, this fits a niche quite nicely. Like most of the votes, mainly, I get a subtle leather blend at the opening, which is the precursor to a more evident table sugar blend on the dry down. Lavender gives him that petrol vibe, which doesn’t last long but feels like it reminds me of Fahrenheit. I grew really fond to it because of the crazy memories that I have while wearing this and I might be biased cause of this, but to date I truly believe this is one of the sexiest fragrances that have ever been created, a master piece in the designer sector.

Unfortunately after I got COVID I never completely recovered and some fragrances give me a “dirty old wet rag” smell which completely ruins them, and this was one of the victims (others that come to mind afe Paco Rabanne Invictus, Dior Sauvage, the Valentino Uomo line, etc. If jargon terms like "performance" or "sillage" or "longevity" is more important to you than the actual scent, then that's an amateur attitude. But the blend is very nice, neither the amber nor the leather is prominent, it's just a very good mix of the two with a little bit of powder around the edges. I remember this one YouTube reviewer hated it because he got negative reactions with it, but I really couldn’t picture him wearing it, it’s just not his style. Also, I wore this to work and nearly every time I wore it my co-worker picked up on it and commented on it.If seeking a combination of a wearable boozy, leather and vanilla fragrance then try Le Male Le Essence instead. It's leathery, added with that whiskey note, has some really nice sweetness, just enough to be inviting and not nauseating. If you want the best experience out of it, it's best recommended that you apply it with some class as well. Carolina Herrera presents new versions of the original fragrances CH from 2007 and CH Men from 2009. I get around 6-7 hours of solid longevity which is good for me but I can get more mileage if I spray more heavily and hit my clothes.

Very masculine and leathery in the beginning, unfortunately dries down to be a generic sweet vanilla fragrance. And measure for yourself, if you notice it's weak increase the sprays, if overpowering decrease your sprays. All in all It is good to wear in the cooler evening and is a nice addition to have in ones fall collection.But dont do with strong frags as a) it MIGHT mess with your hair health and b) you will blast people away with the fragrant cannon. At the time, i was wearing Burberry London quite a bit, and preferred that over this as I believed it would be used for the same types of events, moods, etc. Looking at google images I can see three different designs, 1) the no ribbon all leather bottle and silver cap and slightly different box design, 2) Ribboned one-sided leather bottle and 3) no ribbon all leather bottle with gold cap.

benzoin, cardamom, lavender, and very nicely done leather turn it into an alluring, very manly scent. The opening notes, with hints of whiskey and cardamom, create a rich and intriguing first impression. Therefore its not recommended as an all day scent but moreso is best only for evening wear, and times when you are up close to people (it is very hard to choke people out with this, even if you overspray. Current formula smells the same as the red ribbon, maybe better: sweeter, less harsh, better balanced. I am surprised with the high rating given (and maintained) to CH Men for more than a decade after its release!

unfortunately, it lasted for 1h with an okay smell and by the end of the 2nd hour, the perfum had already vanished completely. Apparently a lot of people prefer this as it has been reformulated, but whatever, I won't get into that. Applying on my skin I feel a boozy leather lavender scent which is incredible and If any lady smells u up close she will be seduced in seconds. SEASONS: Winter, spring, fall, colder days, daytime, nighttime, and climate-controlled environments.
