I’m actually so impressed with this mascara and would definitely recommend getting your hands on it immediately. First off, I have extremely dry, sensitive eyes (and eyelids) and I alternate between wearing contacts and glasses depending on my mood. This mascara is all about that all-important eye opening curl and if this lives up to the hype, you could well be ditching those eyelash curlers in a most unceremonious manner!Well, these are like flexy mini-combs that twirl through and grab even baby lashes to deposit the formula *while separating and lifting* as you draw it up and out. After reaching cult status with their multipurpose Benetint, Jean and Jane Ford forged ahead, creating everything from mascaras, to face primers, blushers and lip glosses; all encased in vintage style packaging, creative storytelling ad effortlessly capturing the brand's frivolous nature. The item may be missing its original packaging, or the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed. While I wanted to keep it for traveling days, I couldn't contain my excitement to try it out as soon as the mascara I was using ran out.

It's supposed to help curl straight lashes but where my lashes are naturally curly anyway I haven't noticed a huge difference in this. I agree with you, I prefer 'They're Real' I think the Roller Lash one was made for people who thought 'They're Real' was a bit too clumpy? I think the fact that Benefit released a free version with Elle magazine before the official release just goes to show how confident they are in this product and how amazingly well it works.

I've used benefit they real mascara for ages and was happy with it, but felt adventurous to try this one and oh my god am I happy I did! The wands are very similar; the Benefit wand is a little thinner but I didn't find applying one or the other any more difficult to work with.
