Music videos play on the screen, while the lyrics appear and light up as the player is singing them. We hand the phone to the three-year-old and listen to him sing “Old McDonald” over a song about some rando’s hot girlfriend with her bare feet on the dashboard – and he still racks up some points. I also understand the fact this is meant to incentivize you to subscribe to Let’s Sing‘s VIP service, granting you access to countless other songs to add to your library.

Everything is done very professionally with this company and always lets you know every step of the process. I checked out Let’s Sing 2022 last year (our review), so I was eager to see what this year’s entry would do differently.There’s not much difference between We Sing Pop and Let’s Sing 2018 when is comes to the songs, in fact there are a few tracks that crossover between both games – Clean Bandit’s Rockabye, Nico and Vinz’s Am I Wrong, Coldplay’s Hymn For the Weekend and Ellie Goudling’s Burn – that really show how alike both games are. In addition to their annual releases, there have also been artist-specific ones, like the new ABBA release, but the yearly editions provide a lot more diversity in their tracklists. Between Just Dance, fishing simulators, or simply some of the weirdest and most Japanese crap available on consoles, I’ve been trying to broaden my horizons a bit more. Let’s Sing 2023 is another solid entry that’ll certainly provide lots of karaoke fun – especially with crowds who are into the latest popular tracks.

But if you dig modern country and you don’t mind looking foolish in front of others, you could do worse than Let’s Sing Country. Mixtape is…well, I don’t know, as it’s locked behind the Legend song pack download that doesn’t work. This time around the track list feels more balanced and likely to appeal to a wider audience than its predecessor, at least on paper.Lots of 80s cheese and 90s dance anthems but not much variety beyond that and a load of recent tracks most of which I'd never heard of. Once again we have excellent and vibrant colors at every turn, with fun and engaging caricatures adorned with a whole bag of Skittles worth of color varieties. Let’s Sing 2018 also already has DLC available in the form of song packs, 4 to be precise: Chart Hits, Best of 80s, Party Classics and Party Classics Vol. SwitchArcade Round-Up: 'Ys Origin' Review, Mini-Views Featuring 'Let's Sing Queen' and More, Plus Today's New Releases and Sales". First up is Classic, which is the the traditional karaoke game format: sing a song, try to hit the notes and score points.

Let's Sing Queen Announced on 29 July 2020, released on 2 October 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch. It makes Let’s Sing 2023 feel like a vehicle to sell me track packs and not a complete game experience.
