During each time, the wipes were easy to remove from the package and not a problem to cleanse my skin in the genital and perianal regions. The wipe count is not enough and they are not moist enough so I end up using half the pack if my baby poops. I would recommend these wipes, because they're made with natural ingredients, and not at all harshly scented, making them great for little ones with sensitive skin and allergies. My kids have sensitive skin and I’ve tried several different brand of wipe until I came across these hello bello wipes at Walmart!

I've used the wipe to remove some of my makeup and I've noticed that other wipes leave my face feeling dry and tight from the ingredients in them but these wipes don't leave my skin with that sensation- they didn't irritate or strip my face completely of it's natural oils. As far as cleaning, I would recommend folding a wipe in half or doubling up for those very messy diapers since the wipes are fibrous/porous but the amount of solution on the wipes isn't too much or too little and I think it's because of the construction of the wipes having that quilted texture. They are thinner and have a knit like texture however they do no leak through the wipe like Pampers.
