Would the tool drop the voltage to 18v (a bit like the Dewalt flexivolt) or would it stay at 20volt and would it damage the Brad nailer?

ukracer I guess I need to try the hedge trimmer on a proper Ferrex battery for a start but I've not got one or know anybody local who has.
