Your puppy can learn lots of tricks and can enter in races and contests and you can take your puppy for walks! As characters in the game, owners can take their puppies everywhere within the virtual environment, from through the house to around the neighborhood to visit friends. Plus, you can't have different players, so starting a new game means erasing the old one and starting all over again. After 5 days like this, on saturdays and sundays you can finally go to the park and participate to boring, extremely easy competitions, or organise a dog party that lasts 5 minutes.

Like a game that had the potential to be good and engaging, but ended up landing somewhere lost in the land of the mediocre.

Certainly far removed from the fresh first-person 3D perspective of Nintendogs, a difference that effectively changes the entire feel of this experience. It's an ok game, and surely young kids will have fun playing, but I truly believe that there are much better dog games.
