About this deal

Balneum Plus Antipruritic Medicinal Bath Oil is suitable for adults (including pregnant women), children and babies of all ages. These conditions can be caused by a number of different conditions, but they can be treated in a number of different ways as well.

If you experience any unwanted effect that is severe or lasts for more than a few days, tell your doctor. All full baths - including those to which Balneum Plus Antipruritic Medicinal Bath Oil has been added - should only be taken after consultation with your doctor in the following cases: major skin injuries, acute skin diseases of unknown cause, feverish and infectious diseases, heart failure and high blood pressure.

p>Balneum Plus Bath Oil is a moisturizing bath oil designed to relieve itching of dry skin and to make it feel softer and smoother. Your doctor will advise you how often you should use Balneum Plus depending on how severe your skin condition is. If only a small area of skin is affected, you may be able to bathe the affected area in a bowl or sink. Balneum Plus contains the following inactive ingredients: Liquid paraffin (low viscosity), Quaternium- 18 hectorite, Butylated hydroxytoluene, Ascorbyl palmitate, Citric acid monohydrate, Propylene glycol, Perfume oil. All full baths – including those to which Balneum Plus has been added – should only be taken after consultation with your doctor in the following cases: major skin injuries, acute skin diseases of unknown cause, feverish and infectious diseases, heart failure and high blood pressure.Pour the appropriate amount of Balneum into the bath (see below for measurements) and ensure the bath water isn’t too hot to prevent your skin from drying out.

This product can make surfaces slippery, so take special care when in the bath or shower and using this product. Also contains: Polyoxyethylene Lauryl Ether, Oleic Acid Diethanolamide, Perfume Oil, Propylene Glycol, Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Citric Acid Monohydrate. Other Ingredients : Polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, oleic acid, diethanolamide, perfume oil, propylene glycol, butylated hydroxytoluene, ascorbyl palmitate and citric acid monohydrate. Dry skin is a very common dermatological condition which doesn’t usually have any serious consequences, but can often be associated with more chronic conditions such as, eczema, psoriasis and pruritus. Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor, pharmacist or nurse have told you.It also contains butylated hydroxytoluene which may cause local skin irritation (eg: contact dermatitis) or irritation to the eyes and mucous membranes. Make sure the bath or shower water does not exceed 36°C, as this can make your skin condition worse. All full baths - including those to which Balneum Medicinal Bath Oil has been added - should only be taken after consultation with your doctor in the following cases: major skin injuries, acute skin diseases of unknown cause, feverish and infectious diseases, heart failure and high blood pressure. There are no known interactions when using Balneum Plus Antipruritic Medicinal Bath Oil with other medicines but please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription. Balneum offers a range of products to soothe and relieve diagnosed skincare conditions such as eczema and dermatitis.

When using in the shower the liquid should be evenly applied over the body without dilution and then rinsed off under the shower. In conditions such as eczema, using Balneum cream and Balneum moisturising bath oils regularly, even once the skin has improved, can help prevent flare-ups.
