I loved how the clues were managed and, most importantly, that this series will only rely on telling each sister's story separately. Auch hier hat die Autorin es geschafft mir als Leser alles super zu beschreiben ohne sich in unnötigen Ausschweifungen zu verfangen.

Not all the characters have depth and the narrative is shallow too in many places but it kinda hangs together. There she takes a job doing what she loves: caring for animals on the vast and isolated Kinnaird estate, employed by the enigmatic and troubled Laird, Charlie Kinnaird. Also, it gets better, we then learn that none of these adopted sisters know nothing about what their Father does to make money. After he leaves her a letter containing clues about her birth and heritage, Maia travels across the world.Or one sister asks another to chase down some lead that we, as the readers, must follow, only to find it goes nowhere. The Seven Sisters is the first book in the spellbinding Seven Sisters series, inspired by the mythology of the famous star constellation. Too much suspension of disbelief - I cannot imagine a situation in which a single man could adopt six babies (all girls, no less) and bring them to live at his very private and secluded home without raising a field of red flags with any and all agencies involved.

The present timeline starts with the mystery of the dead millionaire father and the reader wonders why he adopted each sister (and how he really died). There is a reason why the most beautiful of the sisters is in voluntary seclusion, but we will learn about it later. I know Kreeg's dad, Cronus, was a language teacher, but it's mentioned that Kreeg didn't show much interest in his language lessons so I would find it very weird that Atlas would address him in French. But as I started reading the book it occurred to me that there would have to be at least seven books in the series for all the questions to be answered- and I didn’t see a seventh book listed. and had many children with the various Gods who were fascinated by their strength, beauty and ethereal air of mysticism.
